1) any claim being made by anyone other than the undersigned of any right, title, or interest in and the 
    films or tapes ("the work") or any part thereof.
2) any claims being made by anyone other than the undersigned an ward made with respect to the 
    work or any part thereof.
3) any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening other matter relating to the 
    work or any part thereof, whether foreseen or unforeseen and 
4) any claim arising out of loss or damage to the work. 
5) Entry to the Festival constitutes permission to screen work and include this work in the Blissfest Library. 
6) Acceptance to Festival constitutes permission to screen work as part of Blissfest film Festival.
